I will not purchase another car from Nick. The technology utilized by the dealership was helpful in executing the transaction and made the process go smoothly. I find the dealership's pricing practices to be deceptive. Comparing "the price" to a KBB value is misleading, because "the price" is not really "the price." The various dealer fees (pre-delivery fee,document fees, electronic filing fees, etc.) are nothing more than additional markup. The KBB comparison needs to be to the final price that includes the fees. More
