Nick was helpful while I was looking at cars, but not in providing follow-up after the transaction. I contacted him multiple times regarding the second key for the car. He never returned my calls, and although he told me he was trying to locate the 2nd key at the partner dealer from where the care had come, he still hasn't called me back after several weeks. I will not purchase another car from Nick. The technology utilized by the dealership was helpful in executing the transaction and made the process go smoothly. I find the dealership's pricing practices to be deceptive. Comparing "the price" to a KBB value is misleading, because "the price" is not really "the price." The various dealer fees (pre-delivery fee,document fees, electronic filing fees, etc.) are nothing more than additional markup. The KBB comparison needs to be to the final price that includes the fees. More
