Excellent Service Department Experience! I noticed that I had a recall on my Mercedes and had overlooked it. I called Nicholas Bankston in the service department and he was able to get me in I noticed that I had a recall on my Mercedes and had overlooked it. I called Nicholas Bankston in the service department and he was able to get me in exactly when I needed to, early morning, and set me up with a courtesy vehicle. The whole experience was quick, efficient, and overall excellent. I had my puppy with me that day and was greeted by and had many great conversations with members of the service department, I was asked many times if I would like a beverage and was given a place to sit while I waited on my courtesy vehicle. Nick helped carry my bags and also ran one out to me when I forgot it on the way out! They were also able to squeeze in my oil change since it was due soon in order to save me a second trip. The individual who helped me get my courtesy vehicle was quick, even on such a busy Monday morning. My car was finished well before 5 and was washed and vacuumed! The entire experience was a breeze and I am always impressed by the staff at Mercedes OKC! More

Good job on difficult task I had some issues with the wood on my dash. Dealership worked very hard to make sure the new wood perfectly matched the existing and was installed cor I had some issues with the wood on my dash.
