They get it wrong again I brought my car in after it was damaged on the interstate, about 6 weeks after its routine service. I came in without an appointment as the phones were not working after the move. I had the same service consultant who was again suboptimal on many levels. We ended up going back in before the work was started and speaking to a second service consultant who told us something completely different about the damage to the car. In fact, the mechanic drove the car with a completely flat tire and told us that the alignment was fine! Wow. The work at MB was going to be between 3-4 thousand dollars depending on which service consultant you went with. We ended up taking the car somewhere else. My husband and I are both MB owners and this is not the first bad service experience we have had but it is our last More

Excellence! Blowout, May 23, 2018 on I 35. Mrs. Kim Malone is the epitome of excellence and customer service. Thank you, Mrs. Malone, for going above and be Blowout, May 23, 2018 on I 35. Mrs. Kim Malone is the epitome of excellence and customer service. Thank you, Mrs. Malone, for going above and beyond the call of duty! She actually rescued me when I had a blowout on I 35 and Mbrace failed to connect me with Road service. They also NEVER checked to see if I had been helped! Had Mrs. Malone not responded, I may have been stranded more than the two hours it took. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency! It concerns me that should assistance be needed in the future, Mbrace may fail again. This service is paid for to ensure peace of mind, safety, and other services. Had they actually checked back to see if Roadside Service had picked up, perhaps they could have helped in another way. Unfortunately , I was stranded on an extremely hot day in an ominous situation! Alone, afraid, missing an important doctor's appointment and not able to call to let them know what was happening, as I was on hold, and greatly frustrated for more than two hours on a busy Interstate highway, I felt abandoned by a system that should have been dependable! Thank GOD I am an intelligent proactive person. When the blowout occurred, I immediately called the dealership to speak with Mr. Scott Dounn. I had just left he and Mr. Nick Bankston. The tires had just been checked, so when the blowout happened, I was shaken. While waiting on hold with Mbrace/Roadside Service, afraid to hang up, I texted Mrs. Malone, Operations Assistant. By the way, Roadside Assistance NEVER picked up after being placed on hold for more than half an hour listening to a recording, Once Mrs. Malone called me, I did hang up to answer. I thank GOD that she happened to be on her lunch break, read the text, took the time to call me, called local roadside assistance, and compassionately came to sit with me while I waited. Once Frank, local roadside assistance, changed the tire to a donut, I drove back to the dealership. Mr. Nick Bankston, my service rep was understanding, efficient, and professional. My concern is with Mbrace and the fact that after they transferred me, no one checked to see whether or not I had been connected and/or helped. I actually tried to call Mbrace back after speaking with Mrs. Malone while waiting for her and local assistance. NO ONE ever answered! Mrs. Malone also called the Roadside assistance number while we waited for local assistance to arrive. She, too, was on hold for more than half an hour! In closing, I am very pleased with the care I receive from the OKC dealership personnel. I am treated with respect. My concerns are listened to and solved. I pray this situation is solved before it happens to anyone else, including myself, in the future. When I had a blowout on I 35, after contacting MBrace and being put on hold for road service - who NEVER picked up, I texted Mrs. Malone to let her know I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and stranded on the shoulder of I 35, she not only contacted local road assistance, but came and allowed me to sit in her vehicle while I waited. That is truly customer service! Thank you! Whenever I visit the dealership, from the time I drive up, I am greeted with friendly smiles! Whatever service I need, it is done with expertise and timeliness. I feel the prices are fair and, again, the customer service is outstanding!
