Scam Artists!!! I paid my car off on 8 Oct 2018 while on deployment. I never received my title. I called. They were holding it due to $0.76 that could have been retri I paid my car off on 8 Oct 2018 while on deployment. I never received my title. I called. They were holding it due to $0.76 that could have been retrieved with the last auto payment. I have called twice a week since I arrived stateside and continue to get the run around. The first jack wagon just asks for my name and number they will get back to me. No correspondence. I call back the same number and they resolve the $0.76 and say they’re “mailed out my title”. I call a week later (today) and they say they can’t help. The same original jack wagon of course. I call back and the lady says it was sent last Monday. I asked how does it take a week to get two cities over and request a tracking number, which they were unable to provide. They state they will get back to me. I inform them if they do not I will be up there until someone either gives me a title or tells me where it’s at!!!! DO NOT LEASE OR FINANCE FROM THESE FOOLS!!!! More
