Personalized help When ever I call for service I have a go to guy, He gives me his phone number, he knows who I am and is always helpful. While waiting on the transport When ever I call for service I have a go to guy, He gives me his phone number, he knows who I am and is always helpful. While waiting on the transport to get a loaner car, I over heard a conversation between another service tech and a customer, so I guess everyone has a dedicated service tech, which is great! The only complaint is that if you need a loaner car you have to go to Enterprise about 8 miles away and get one from them. I which Gunther would just loan you a VW or Volvo from their lot. It may even boost sales if you loaned a car you never tried and liked it. More
