Service tech Grody is a liar (tells me I'll be reimbursed for recall work and I wasn't, doesn't give me full prices prior to agreement of work) - Other techs are liars. They over charge and lie to your face. Get one charge from the techs, another price from the people inside. They hide charges. And miraculously your car breaks after your bring it here. I needed a key this time (after numerous repairs) and was told $99 by an outside tech. Inside Juan tells me it's $155 programmed. Ok fine let's order it. I get it and now they tell me it's another $100 to program the $155 key. You little liar. Manager comes out and is a jerk about it and calls me a liar. Awful service, awful company. Don't go here. You'll be happier elsewhere. Reporting them to BBB as well. F Gunther VW. More
