Not the best. Traded in a very nice explorer.... got a used truck on a Saturday with 14,700 miles on it. Took it home, next day it had to be towed to the dealership Traded in a very nice explorer.... got a used truck on a Saturday with 14,700 miles on it. Took it home, next day it had to be towed to the dealership and is still there almost a week later with transmission issues. The truck was never cleaned. The washed the outside that was all, the salesmen brought the truck around and was about to hand the keys over and then was not happy cause nothing was even touched inside. It was so dirty. He took it and was gone 10 mins and came back and said it was cleaned but was still not happy with the inside. Mind you i live 2 hours away and the sales manager came out and said he would be contacting me and a gift card and was going to follow up with me. I still have not heard a thing! Customer service is not there thing at all. And also, watching the salesman’s during the day (not mine) was walking around saying to other co workers that his customers were driving him nuts and were annoying him. That’s not right at all.... I was not impressed at all. More

My husband and I have bought multiple cars/trucks/suvs and Stuckey Ford is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought a Ford Explorer and in two weeks have had to have it serviced twice. We were told that we would be cut a check for our first expense and after almost two weeks and multiple calls, multiple times being hung up on, STILL no check. I had to make the drive (an hour for me) back to the dealership to be able to get any answers. Chuck, The manager we dealt with on the phone multiple times failed to come out and speak with us during our trip down; Instead sent others to deliver his message. Terrible customer service. We now have a check engine light on. Did I mention that my husband left his Oakley’s in the car we traded and we were told they were being mailed? Well two weeks later, the glasses were still on our sales associate desk that took care of us. NEVER EVEN MADE THE MAIL! Point here is if you like a quality service out of a dealership, this is not your place. Go somewhere else! Happy Car Buying! More
