Awesome service I wanted to get a bigger car and a Ford edge. I was looking at a 2018 but the bank was asking for more down then I had. Brittany did everything she co I wanted to get a bigger car and a Ford edge. I was looking at a 2018 but the bank was asking for more down then I had. Brittany did everything she could and got me into a 2019 . Ian also helped and told me to drive the car home for one day and that is what sold me. My payment is higher then I expected but I will do what I can for a year and then refinance. I have bouhjty my last 4 cars there and LOVE the service More

Not the best. Traded in a very nice explorer.... got a used truck on a Saturday with 14,700 miles on it. Took it home, next day it had to be towed to the dealership Traded in a very nice explorer.... got a used truck on a Saturday with 14,700 miles on it. Took it home, next day it had to be towed to the dealership and is still there almost a week later with transmission issues. The truck was never cleaned. The washed the outside that was all, the salesmen brought the truck around and was about to hand the keys over and then was not happy cause nothing was even touched inside. It was so dirty. He took it and was gone 10 mins and came back and said it was cleaned but was still not happy with the inside. Mind you i live 2 hours away and the sales manager came out and said he would be contacting me and a gift card and was going to follow up with me. I still have not heard a thing! Customer service is not there thing at all. And also, watching the salesman’s during the day (not mine) was walking around saying to other co workers that his customers were driving him nuts and were annoying him. That’s not right at all.... I was not impressed at all. More
