Better FORD DEALERS in the area. VISIT THEM. I will be buying elsewhere but also filing a little lawsuit for --- You can NOT get a call back email back, price back from these folks. I will drive 100 miles farther than to ever buy a truck from these fools. Such a disrespectful dealership. Hope sales are so good you didn't need my business.

We stand by our original response and follow-up response. Attacking our employees on social media via direct message(to the point that we had to say any further contact would be considered harassment), leaving canned reviews on multiple websites, and a litany of other attacks will not change our stance. We still say we wish you luck on your search for a vehicle elsewhere.

We strongly disagree with this characterization and want to clarify the facts for anyone reading this review.
This interaction began with a negative review and ultimatums prior to any in-person visit. Despite that, our team continued to communicate professionally, provided pricing, and welcomed you to the dealership on 1/23, where you met with a finance manager and had the opportunity to complete the purchase. You chose to leave after deciding the terms did not meet your expectations.
For transparency, we do not take deposits on used vehicles. When you contacted us again the following day, another customer was physically present and actively considering the same truck. As is standard practice, that customer was given first right of refusal.
At no point were you asked to leave a deposit, nor was any vehicle sold “out from under” you. Additionally, while we value every customer, we do not allow repeated threats, harassment, or denigration of our staff — especially toward young team members who were acting professionally and in good faith.
We believe in fair, upfront pricing and respectful communication. While we understand not every transaction results in a sale, we stand firmly behind our team and our process. We wish you the best in your vehicle search elsewhere.

We price our trucks very aggressively up front to provide fair, market-based pricing for all customers, which does not always leave room for additional discounts.

Thanks for the creative writing exercise, but let’s correct your 'facts' with the actual receipts (which I have screenshots of):
Lie #1: The Timeline. This didn't start with a review. I had 3 emails from Alexis starting early that morning. Nick only panic-called 9 minutes after I posted a review about being ignored.
Lie #2: The 'Broken' Email. Nick claimed email was down. Your manager Gary confirmed it works fine.
Lie #3: The 'Ultimatum'. Calling out Nick's disrespectful text (which he then edited—I saw that) isn't an ultimatum. It's called having standards.
Lie #4: The 'Walked Away'. I left to pick up my daughter, stating 100% I wanted the deal. Nick even texted me the credit app at 4:33 PM after I left to finalize it.
Lie #5: The Deposit. You claim you don't take them? Nick explicitly texted me NOT to leave a deposit.
Lie #6: The Sell-Out. I spent the evening on a finance call. You ghosted me the next morning not because of 'protocol,' but because—as your finance manager admitted on the phone—the other guy offered more money.
You ran my credit, told me not to deposit, and sold it out from under a 25-year Ford owner buying his son’s first truck just to grab a few extra bucks. Shady doesn't even begin to cover it. I'll be taking further formal action.
ALL SCREENSHOTS I have - You only continue to show your lack of ethics by faking stories and promoting lies as truth. I hope all that see my hundreds of posts about your company stay away and seek a dealership that has values and ethics. You have NONE. Ford Corporate will have ALL the receipts Monday. I am sure this is not how they expect their dealerships to perform.
