Nick Borelli in finance seemed to clash with my old man personality, and I was not impressed with the experience. The speed of my transaction was good. I set out to make a purchase from one of three dealerships on a Saturday morning. While the price was not what I hoped for, it was “fair”. I spent an hour with Sales and another hour between vehicle delivery and financing the Tuesday afternoon. Like my previous Subaru, I would have preferred an all-on-line negotiation. I live over an hour from this dealership, so I do not intend to visit the service department. Subaru of Utica would not be a “must go to dealership” next time I’m shopping for a new Subaru. More
