My husband and I had never been to your dealership before, and we were greeted by Gary we were looking for a bronco. I had had a bronco in 1988. I really like the new ones that I’ve seen on the road before, and we were greeted by Gary we were looking for a bronco. I had had a bronco in 1988. I really like the new ones that I’ve seen on the road We went for a test drive in one. I think it was a base model and it wasn’t very comfortable. I had seen on your website that you had a 2024 bronco used on the lot that only had about 2000 miles on it and we took that for a test drive and it was wonderful Gary then proceeded to help us with our trade and our purchase never felt pressured at any time which is very unusual going to a dealership The rest of your team general manager, finance guy, and the owner son I can’t remember his name. We’re very kind and generous with their time. We have a little bit of an issue with the vehicle that Gary is looking into and we hope that it’s resolved soon but overall I give your dealership a 10 out of 10. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Kim, she is awesome, knowledge and went out of her way to help me explore all the new options my truck has to offer. Great experience with sales department, manager and receptionist. This is my second vehicle with NIck Nickolas and my second time dealing with Brad. Both experiences were good. Brad is always honest and provides straight talk with no back and forth.
