Very disappointed in the dealership. Another problem is while doing the paperwork one of the pages referred to making sure there was no damage to the car. I said that I was unable to tell because of how dirty the car was so they took it back and did a quick wash that caused scratches in the clearcoat and when I brought that up to the guy who called me upset that I filled the survey out negatively to ford he offered to wash the car again as if that was gonna help. I will never return to Ford Of Port Richey!! More
