I bought my Hyundai at this dealership 3 years ago and then moved out of state. Upon a trip back to Danbury I got warning alerts. I called and explained and they got me a service appt for the very next da then moved out of state. Upon a trip back to Danbury I got warning alerts. I called and explained and they got me a service appt for the very next day! So were soo professional and helpful and to my surprise fixed without any hassles or stress. A special thanks to the service rep, Nick Ceccarini, simply wonderful experience! Highly recommend. More

My 91-year-old mother brought her car there for brakes they replaced two rear brakes and two rear rotors gave her a bill over $800 this is outright highway robbery charged her $239 for brake fluid service they replaced two rear brakes and two rear rotors gave her a bill over $800 this is outright highway robbery charged her $239 for brake fluid service I don't know what they did for $239 $300 in Parts $400 in labor they must use Gold Line brake pads I for one will never let my mother go back there again these people are outright robbers they should be ashamed to charge that kind of price for literally two pads and two rotors and one container of a brake fluid More

Absolutely horrible experience with them. First the GDI system is terrible. Burns oil too fast. No indication of low oil, blew engine. They tried to get me to buy a new engine, until I expose First the GDI system is terrible. Burns oil too fast. No indication of low oil, blew engine. They tried to get me to buy a new engine, until I exposed their lawsuit then they gave me a free engine. But when they gave the car back, they returned it with a failed transmission, broken cat converter. I paid for new cat, returned car with broken muffler, I was pissed. Argued with them, they agreed muffler was their fault and replaced free. Kept arguing about transmission and they won’t replace it. Car was fine until engine blew, found out later by another professional that since oils burning it makes cat work harder causing it to fail and messing up the transmission shift selinoid. Exactly what happened to my car. every time I have gone back to this place they have a whole new team. Turn over is insane. Customer service is garbage. Don’t ever go here or trust them to work on your car! More
