Honesty I really appreciate the honesty from the service department. I purchased my car here about 1 year ago and get my oil changed here every 5000 miles. I I really appreciate the honesty from the service department. I purchased my car here about 1 year ago and get my oil changed here every 5000 miles. I have a one way 90 minute commute to work so I need to have a reliable vehicle. Even when I'm concerned about the brakes needing changed the service department is totally honest and Nick never tries to just sell me some new parts. He always gives me his honest opinion on what he would do with the vehicle. That way I'm not putting out any unnecessary money. It is nice to have a great honest business here at FITZ in Chambersburg. More

Nick is very informative and takes the time to explain all the details. My van was being inspected this week and I decided to take a look in the used car lot as we’ve been looking for a particular vehicle for my husband. We happened to find exactly what we were looking for at a price that could not be matched! Jeremy Brown and Jonathan Akers were fantastic to work with! I found one at my local dealership, but the price was a little too expensive. Fitzgerald Toyota was about $5,000 less for a similar Venza than my local Toyota dealership. Purchasing our new 2016 Nissan Rogue!!!!!! We weren't expecting to purchase our new vehicle until Sept-Oct but after shopping at the lot and meeting Pete Morgan & Nick Costopoulos we couldn't l We weren't expecting to purchase our new vehicle until Sept-Oct but after shopping at the lot and meeting Pete Morgan & Nick Costopoulos we couldn't leave the business without our new 2016 Rogue. We previously purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima and loved everything about the car but decided to purchase the Nissan Rogue for the main reason of being easier getting in and out of. Pete gave a wonderful overview of the car and ALL the discounts.!!!!!! WOW what discounts we couldn't leave the business without our new 2016 Rogue. Nick gave us the best test drive and even drove home to make sure there was enough room in garage. A wonderful crew of employees!!!!! More

He seemed professional and interested in making a sale. However after a few days went by and the dealership dropped the price. Nick sent me an email and offered me the truck again, at the dropped price and again I restated my offer of what I think the truck is worth. There was no negotiating with Nick so I said NO!
