Since we were from out of state, it is important to have good communication when shopping long distance for a vehicle. Brianna was fantastic! After we decided to purchase the car, weather became a possibl good communication when shopping long distance for a vehicle. Brianna was fantastic! After we decided to purchase the car, weather became a possible issue with the pickup and Brianna kept us updated and was willing to work with us however the weather worked out. When we did arrive, she had everything prepared and ready to go for an efficient transfer process. She was very pleasant and nice to work with! Probably the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. On another note, we did find an issue with the car while we were there and after we signed the paperwork. The passenger front seat lumbar and massage was not working. My wife tried it, I tried it, Brianna tried it, and then she got another salesperson with a plaid blazer to look at it, and he said that it worked fine. That was an outright lie and not appreciated! He is either an idiot or just a lying car salesman. Brianna was very sorry for the issue and tried to get service to take a look at it, but supposedly they were too busy? Not really acceptable since we just drove 6 hours to get the car and had to drive 6 hours home. In my opinion, they should have looked at it right away. Even if it could not have been fixed that day! Since the car is still under warranty, we didn't have much choice other than to take it home and have a local Cadillac dealer take care of it. Since we have had it home, the driver's side lumbar and massage has also failed and the engine light has come on for an emission issue. We have had it in service twice for the engine light, not fixed yet, have to still bring it again for a longer review, and to have the seats fixed. Overall, the personal and professional experience with Brianna was great! As for the car, we will work through the issues to get it fixed at our dealer, but I definitely expected more buying a Certified Cadillac and now I am inconvenienced with getting it fixed. Maybe the engine light issue was unavoidable, but the seat issue should never have happened. Also, did not like being lied to by plaid jacket guy! If I were to recommend this dealership, it would only be to work with Brianna! More
