From the time I walked into the dealership and started working with my salesperson, Nick it was a very pleasant experience. I knew that I wanted to test drive the Rav4 but he took it a step further and l working with my salesperson, Nick it was a very pleasant experience. I knew that I wanted to test drive the Rav4 but he took it a step further and listened to find out what I was looking for in a vehicle and then matched me to the vehicle that had the amenities I wanted. After I test drove the car it was time to negotiate. Usually this is the worst part of it all but it was not a lot of back and forth. We only went back and forth on price once. I was very comfortable with the deal that I got. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this dealership and in particular go see my salesman Nick. I drove out with my new Rav4 that same night and I absolutely love it! I would expect that any future maintenance visits will be the same and that I will be treated with respect and that the employees I deal with will always have a friendly attitude. More

I went in today to discuss my lease turn in and to buy my car out. Nick and Brandon in finance really worked with me and i was able to pull of the lot today w/ a brand new 2011 Camry at a cheaper price than car out. Nick did a great job from start to finish when purchasing my new 2011 camry. He was very straight forward, as i am, and we worked together to get the deal done. I have visited this dealership in the past and they were not very pleasant,but whatever changed their is a good thing. Customer Service was much better,and everyone I talked too, seem to be very helpfull. Overall it is a much better dealership, so much so , a few days later I went back and purchased a Sienna for my wife. I will highly recomend this dealership to my friends and family. More
