Been a loyal customer of Ernie’s for years now and have bought a gang of cars from him, mostly new. He’s hooked up our friends and employees as well. We called several times throughout the day between 11:00-3:00 and never received a call back. Was told at 11:00 the car was not ready which made us believe they were working on the car. Called again a 11:00-3:00 and never received a call back. Was told at 11:00 the car was not ready which made us believe they were working on the car. Called again at 1:00 wanting to know what’s going on left message. Called again at three and still could not get a hold of Ely. Was asked to leave a message and she would give him the message, we said no the first 2 message were never answered we want to know what was wrong with my car. The gal who answered the phone said they haven’t even looked at our car. 😡 no one could have called us back to let us know what’s going on. We came and picked up our car.
