Keep Calm & Stay Away! To start, when we arrived, we informed Nick we were there to see another salesperson with whom we had previously corresponded. Nick brushed this fact To start, when we arrived, we informed Nick we were there to see another salesperson with whom we had previously corresponded. Nick brushed this fact aside and instead took us to his desk. After the test drive, he was very pushy with obtaining our personal information, despite us informing him we were not ready to make a decision, yet. He also told us the True Car savings that was previously quoted to me was incorrect, and then asked to see the email on my phone, and used my phone, without my knowledge or consent, to forward the email to his own personal email (not work email). He also used my personal information to run a hard credit inquiry, even though again, we made it very clear we were not ready to make any decisions. He refused to provide any pricing information, and instead kept asking us what we could afford, information which we weren't comfortable providing at this point. He didn't even have a business card to provide us at the end. This was our first car-buying attempt of the day, and it was the worst. Luckily, the remaining dealerships (Subaru, Honda & Toyota) were a much better experience. I know it's not the process, but the people. More

Disappointed They had a car on the Internet and after talking to nicko several times the same morning about the same car to make sure they had it and I was willing They had a car on the Internet and after talking to nicko several times the same morning about the same car to make sure they had it and I was willing to give them a down payment , I travel 130 miles to buy it their excuse was we sold it this morning they try to scam me to buy a more expensive vehicle, read the fine print on their website...I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealer. More

High Five! Nick Giacomaro is THE guy to go to if you want a no pressure experience. He was very nice, helpful, patient, and made the entire process a pleasure. No Call Returned!!! Asked for information about a repair online the chat agent asked for my contact information and let me know that a representative will call me, I neve Asked for information about a repair online the chat agent asked for my contact information and let me know that a representative will call me, I never received any such call from them, so I called them asked for the service department and was transferred to their voicemail, I requested that they please call me about a service for my vehicle, that return call never happened either, so is this a company people should use and trust? if you ask me the simple answer is NO! More

AWFUL DEALERSHIP! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The salesperson was arrogant and rude. I felt completely uncomfortable the moment I sat down with him. I went to this dealership because I saw a vehicle that I was interested in on their website. If you look on their website make sure you take note of the disclaimer! The price listed is not the price that you will necessarily be offered when you arrive. I told the salesperson my budget which he completely ignored. Visiting this dealership was a complete waste of my time. Both the salesperson as well as the sales manager were rude and argumentative. I will never visit this dealership again! More
