Nick saw which cars I saw looking at, then asked me what I wanted. I had a few preconceived notions why I could not get what I want (“I’m sure [this] is a barrier”, “I could never make [that] happen”, etc); I wanted. I had a few preconceived notions why I could not get what I want (“I’m sure [this] is a barrier”, “I could never make [that] happen”, etc); still, I told him what I wanted, and while I was out on a test drive, Nick looked at what he could do for me. But, here’s the thing...he didn’t look at what deal he could do on the used car I was considering; he considered his entire inventory, considered my budget and my idealized request, then presented me with an offer that matched my budget, but, was a deal on a much better car. Creative problem-solving like this is 👏 hard👏To👏Find! Nick did not hard sell me. He was incredibly personable. I feel like he advocated for me; and we had a win-win-win situation happen: I won, Nick won, and the dealership won.
