Great used car buying experience I traded in my Ford Edge for a newer used car. The Edge had a broken side mirror. I called the service department and was told they could not get me i I traded in my Ford Edge for a newer used car. The Edge had a broken side mirror. I called the service department and was told they could not get me in for over a week (disappointing). I was already planning on buying a car this week and did not want to drive around with a broken mirror so I stopped by to see their used cars. I had stopped by to look at Escapes and Edges but did not see any that I liked. I was approached by Nick who showed me a Lincoln MKC that was just put out for sale. I loved it and ending up purchasing it. As a women shopping alone I appreciated Nick's laid back approach. He was well informed, courteous, friendly and did not pressure me. I also found the wrap up paperwork to be quick and painless. I was offered an extended warranty by Phillip but was not pressured. He exceeded my expectations by anticipating my need for new registration stickers as well as making the process easy. The only negatve about this dealership is the wait time for service appointments. The service department itself is very good. My husband takes his Ford 150 there for all his maintenece and service and is very happy with them. More
