Dealership is nice and Nick was very responsive to the customers there. Took nearly 2 hrs for a works package on a gas truck which seems slow and the costs for it are becoming excessive (have more than d customers there. Took nearly 2 hrs for a works package on a gas truck which seems slow and the costs for it are becoming excessive (have more than doubled in the last year and work performed is not any different than gas F150 so why the steep up charge?) Also was informed the punch card was being discontinued (due for a free service in Nov when I have the inspection which they say I will get but we’ll see) More
