Deceitful Seller-No Return Calls I see lots of good experiences posted here but if you should have a major concern as I did, I was left to deal with it alone. Called and left several I see lots of good experiences posted here but if you should have a major concern as I did, I was left to deal with it alone. Called and left several messages with the salesperson (at least 4) and on one occasion after telling the salesperson who I was, was given the old "can i call you right back?". No call ever came. I thought about taking legal action. What this place did was sell a car with a major rear end axle and subframe damage that was never reported anywhere that would show up on Carfax. Clever. After my Mercedes dealership got to the root of the problem by performing a closer inspection to the rear end it was clear to them that this was concealed as best it could be to hide for a sale. Cost of repair was $8000 to my C63 AMG. Think it was coincidence that the salesperson never returned my calls? Fat chance. Buyer Beware. There are things that a car can have happen that may never show up on a Carfax if it was never reported anywhere. If you see a car here, get a thorough inspection from a trusted mechanic. More

Great people with quality cars! After visiting multiple dealerships in the Chicagoland area to look at cars that they claimed as supposedly "clean", I came across Greater Chicago Mot After visiting multiple dealerships in the Chicagoland area to look at cars that they claimed as supposedly "clean", I came across Greater Chicago Motors where they were friendly, not pushy, and truly had clean cars at a great price. I ended up driving away happy with a MB E500. In addition, the headlight bulb needed replacement and they took care of me free of charge. Combination of good service, people, and inventory will make sure I come back to this dealer again in the future. More
