I was lied to by Desai after the test drive but unaware at the time. Was told that the GPS system that was listed on the sales sticker would be an additional $3000.00. Should have walked but I liked the ve at the time. Was told that the GPS system that was listed on the sales sticker would be an additional $3000.00. Should have walked but I liked the vehicle and wanted the GPS system. Was told later by the sales manager Sari Haddadin about a security system. Told him I was not interested. He stated that a majority of dealerships are charging 10 to 16% above selling price to buy vehicles because of lack of vehicles and they give nothing in return. Jidd Motors Mitsubishi however was giving a security system for $3000.00 I'm requesting my $3000.00 + tax for the security system I later found out I did not have to purchase. Didn't have to purchase the GPS system, WAS included in sticker price. Was also told by Desai during the sales process that there was a donut in the vehicle only to find out later Mitsubishi does not have spare tires. My last conversation with Sari was August 4th. He told me he would talk to his general manager and get back to me. Today is August 15th. Have not heard from Sari. Hope to avoid arbitration but will be next step. More

Very professional experience with Sari. After seeing my review, they made the sales rep (Who I thought was nice and didn’t have any problems with her until today, she backed off and didn’t harrass us like the manager and owner did after we said no) they made her offer me a gift card and apologize for our experience there. I was like OMG, I really hope they didn’t make you do that because our issue was not with you and you should not need to come out of pocket and apologize to me for your managers and the owners disgusting behavior. She explained that it was her day off and she prides herself on customer service and wanted to make things right even though she wasn’t in the office today. I declined the gift card offer and she then asked me to take down my review on Google!!! So the entire plan of the gift card was a bribe to get me to take down my very honest review of this company.. not only that! I come to find out that it was not her day off and she was in fact working. I went from feeling really sorry for this poor girl being beat down by her management to then realizing they are manipulating her and making her look just as bad as they are . ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS!! THEY ADD ON THOUSANDS OF ADD ON CHARGES TO POCKET THEY TOOK OFF FEES FOR US AND THEN ADDED ANOTHER RANDOM CHARGE THAT WAS EVEN MORE THAN THE ONE THEY REMOVED. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THEM!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY MANIPULATIVE My mom was in the business for over 30 years and this is a prime example of why people get ripped off by dealerships and why car sales have such a bad reputation. This place is a joooookkkee. If you walk away because of the scammers skeemish lies, they will HARRASS you and BEG you to buy a car. The “Owner” even text my husband begging him for the sale after a week of the manager saying we better buy it now because there are people lining up to buy the car. Funny how they have people lined up out the door for this Car yet after two weeks, they were still begging for our business. Adding thousands of dollar of unnecessary this and that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. And to the owner and employees.. stop stalking and harassing us!! More
