The internet sales rep Maritza was great as was my sales rep Jordan Hundley, albeit he was green at sales. I very very much disapproved of the $5k above MSRP the dealership charged for the vehicle. I felt they were taking advantage of their customers and I hope Ford does something about their dealers who are charging above MSRP. I was not pleased when the sales GM, Nick Karmat because he never came over to greet me. The finance person was great and worked with me on putting together a extended warranty that matched my needs. I am pleased with the vehicle but only purchased from Fritts Ford because they had the model I wanted and I was in a jam to replace my vehicle. Had they removed the $5K over MSRP gouging fee that I desperately tried to negotiate out of the deal I would have rated the dealership much higher as their people did a good job, but because the star rating includes the ownership decision to gouge their customers they get 1 star from me. More
