Service and warranty work. To make a long story short, I had an issue with my service here just prior to this appointment. Dennis Siears and Tom Wittkofski saved the day and ke To make a long story short, I had an issue with my service here just prior to this appointment. Dennis Siears and Tom Wittkofski saved the day and kept me as a Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford service customer. I look forward to have the two of them help me in the future. During and since purchasing my Explorer, Nick Magdalin in sales has always been extremely helpful and courteous every time I speak and or deal with him. In my humble opinion, it would be a good idea if top management makes sure to keep these three employees at this location and in the Bob Rohrman Company. Thanks again. More
