I can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients, and always remembered the specifications I wanted in a vehicle since I was moving to the Midwest and wanted a reliable Subaru to drive. He explained all my options, features of the vehicles, and answered all my questions. He was always available for me to ask him any questions via email or phone, and even checked up on me multiple times after my purchase and made my move to the Midwest to see how my Subaru was faring. When the manager called a week after my purchase to ask how I was enjoying my car, I joked that I was feeling separation anxiety from Nick.
