Jerome provided great customer service with my new car purchase. Everything transparent in the cost of the vehicle I was buying and was up front with what I was signing. My wife decided to trade in her Toyota Hybrid SUV for a used Kia EV9. She found one outfitted at Kia North Austin with the features she wanted and decided to purchase the car. I was working, but she needed used Kia EV9. She found one outfitted at Kia North Austin with the features she wanted and decided to purchase the car. I was working, but she needed me to sign documents and review the numbers with her and the salesperson. She was assured the process would only take about an hour, so I broke away to sign the paperwork with her and finalize the sale. If you want a stereotypical, sleazy used-car purchasing experience, this is the place to go. As soon as I walked in, even with the sale essentially being complete, the salesperson used a slew of obvious and annoying sales tactics such as: "Someone was just about to come in and buy that the one you want !" "The problem with your trade-in is there are just so many of them," and, of course, 'checking with the manager" after every lull in the conversation or potential disagreement on the cost. One hour slowly and painfully turned to two, then three, then four, all the while having to put up with meaningless platitudes and arduous small talk. The finance manager finally became available and (of course) tried to upsell us even though we had agreed on a payment (again, perfectly in line with a stereotypical, sleazy used-car purchasing experience). To make it even more annoying, the salesperson and other people in the building frequently came by to congratulate us on the purchase, which I've always thought was absurd - we were buying a Kia, for crying out loud, not graduating from law school. Regardless, it was over-the-top and off-putting. While we were being persistently congratulated, their finance system wasn't working correctly, so it took another hour to resubmit everything and listen to more inane small talk. Since we were coming up to about 9 pm, we had to put our kid to bed, so I left to take him home. Thank all that is righteous that I did because, when my wife was finally able to go, they effectively forced her to ring a bell and yell 'I love Kia' or something similarly ridiculous. Like many people, I absolutely despise purchasing cars and working with car dealerships. This experience reinforced that anathema, and I hope this car lasts so I don't have to deal with it for a long time. When that time inevitably does come, I will certainly not go to Kia North Austin. More

Nick was absolutely amazing! The whole process was smooth and quick! I had a couple of appts with other car dealerships to shop around but as soon as I meant Nick and talked to him, I cancelled the others and knew this is where I was buying my car from! From walking in the front door to signing the paperwork, Nick and his finance man (Gary I believe) WERE INCREDIBLE!!! I will def be back again when we need another car!! Thank you to both of them!! More
