Perfection Once Again This was our second buying experience at Zeck Ford in the last three months, and this time was just as perfect and professional as the first one was. This was our second buying experience at Zeck Ford in the last three months, and this time was just as perfect and professional as the first one was. We walked into the dealership knowing we wanted a truck, but had no idea exactly what we wanted. When you first walk in you are greeted by Tammy at the front desk, and let me tell you no matter what kind of mood you are in, Tammy instantly makes you smile and feel at ease. My wife and I sat down with Nick and we went over the must have items and price range I was looking for. Then I was given a pen and paper and told to go browse the trucks on the lot. Unlike other dealerships, they let you look on your own, at your pace. No one is there breathing down your neck and pressuring you to choose something. I wrote down the stock number to nine trucks, thinking Nick would roll his eyes at how many I selected. Nope, he sat down with me and helped me weed out the ones I didn't want. While we were sitting with Nick, we were approached by Derek Zeck who shook our hands and welcomed us back to the store. Apparently he had read our last rating and unlike other companies, this owner took the time to walk out and meet his customers. That meant a lot to me, because you don't often see that and it was very genuine. Nick and I narrowed the trucks down to two, and after test driving the first one, there was no need to look any further. I had found my dream truck, but now the numbers had to be where I wanted them. Nick was able to get me the trade in amout I wanted, but the interest was a little higher that I had hoped for. No worries there, because Carlos was about to work his magic, and boy did he ever. We ended up with an interest rate that was lower than expected, extended warranty, GAP coverage and a monthly payment that was right where I wanted it. So needless to say, Nick, Carlos, Tammy and Derek...You guys are the best! We will never shop for vehicles anywhere else! More
