I want to be very clear about what happened so anyone reading this understands exactly what kind of dealership this is. I never called Nissan of Vero Beach. I never visited. I never spoke to a single reading this understands exactly what kind of dealership this is. I never called Nissan of Vero Beach. I never visited. I never spoke to a single person there. I never filled out an application. I never gave anyone at this dealership permission to do anything with my personal information. A family member called the dealership for a simple preliminary inquiry, not to buy a car, just to ask questions. He explicitly told the salesperson not to run any credit before speaking with the Finance Manager first. That instruction was acknowledged. Then ignored. He called back and told a manager named Clayton Jepsen to stop all further credit pulls. Jepsen acknowledged it. Still ignored. He called again and told another manager the same thing. Still ignored. While all of this was happening my phone was blowing up with real time credit monitoring alerts. A dealership I had never contacted was hitting my TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax credit reports one after another without my knowledge, without my consent, and without ever once picking up the phone to ask if they could. When we brought this to their attention through their attorney, the response was to deny everything and tell us to go dispute it with the credit bureaus ourselves. No apology. No accountability. No explanation for why my credit was touched by people I never spoke to. If you are even thinking about visiting this dealership, do not give them any personal information. Based on my experience they do not ask for permission before accessing your private financial records and they do not take responsibility when they violate your privacy. Almost 4k in fees and dealer fees. Very unwilling to work with your own financing. Best APR they can get is a 7.19 on 72 months. If you value your time and money shop elsewhere. They will waste your time and get you to come to the dealership with fake deals. I was told that even a deal struck over text or email isn’t real. Only a manager can do a deal in person. Zero games were played and their desire to help me stay in budget,make an investment, all while laughing and giving life guidance was just what was needed for my daughter’s first new car. These are real people, working for a family dealership, and they have earned my business for years to come. Clayton Jepsen the sales manager actually listened and made every effort to make me a deal that made sense and looked for every possible discount,rebate,and advantage to get me in the right car. Nick in financing worked magic for us taking his time to find the best rate for a loan and taught my daughter big life finances in the process. I feel like they understood that this was a big deal for my family and had simple compassion for us as people. My daughter learned so much in the financing of this car and we have all the tools needed to build a life of good credit for her. Couldn’t recommend this team enough. Starting with Danny who guided choices and showed patience,moving to Clayton who ran all over securing the numbers, Nick who took his time making us understand the big picture finances, they were Just GREAT! I have only written a couple reviews in my life but these men and this dealership made my experience great. Thank you!! More

CANT BELIEVE ALL OF THE GREAT REVIEWS, I FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED! Received a text after getting service encouraging me to come in for a new car! Clearly stated I had no intention of getting a new car as mine was only 3 years old, 20k and 7 year warranty. Was told the car I test drove had heated seats and steering wheel, one of the two new options I was looking for. My fault for going to NEW dealer with only a couple of hours. I told them I could get cheaper financing and asked several times what the interest rate was. “Don’t know” they said but kept payments low?!?! Kept pushing that I had to do this today, take the car, etc. WELL BUYER BEWARE AS THEY SAY! They lied and unfortunately got me good, out fast, sticker off window, Returned the next day for car instruction when I learned THAT THE CAR DID NOT HAVE HEATED SEATS AND STEERING WHEEL! Also, FWD while mine was AWD! Same SV but obviously cheaper version though newer! Don’t be scammed, check everything and don’t be pressured into buying today! I have bought several cars but never felt so taken. More
