I'm a bit annoyed. I had made a 2pm appt for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 1:50 pm and they didn't bring my car into the garage until 3 I had made a 2pm appt for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I understand there can be some delays, but what's the point of making an appointment if they are going to be an hour late in even starting the service? More

I didn’t realize that I had scheduled my appointment for the wrong day and when I brought my car in, they told me that my appointment was actually in 2 weeks, which was the earliest time slot I had seen onl the wrong day and when I brought my car in, they told me that my appointment was actually in 2 weeks, which was the earliest time slot I had seen online. I said that it was urgent and if there was any earlier appointments and they took my car in that same day and had it done before the end of the day.
