Brought in our 2019 Outback for oil change & tire rotation. It was quick and the service man at the desk, Tyler, was great! We looked at new Outback’s. But unfortunately, my husband doesn’t think we need a new one……….booo hoooo…. Our 2019 is low mileage!! So I guess we’ll drive it another 6 years (not if I have my way)……..BUT…….. I am NOT HAPPY WITH THE 2026 OUTBACK STYLE……… It looks like an extended Forrester……….. I’ll be thinking about that 2025 Outback I saw on your lot………it was NICE!!!!! More

I'm a bit annoyed. I had made a 2pm appt for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 1:50 pm and they didn't bring my car into the garage until 3 I had made a 2pm appt for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I understand there can be some delays, but what's the point of making an appointment if they are going to be an hour late in even starting the service? More
