I particularly appreciated that he was kind and not aggressive as some sales folks can be. He let me take the time I needed to make my choice and happily answered my gazillion questions. I got in touch with Nick the morning I was ready to commit and move forward with a Jetta and he responded promptly and had everything prepared and ready for me when I showed up that evening.
