Nick was a pleasure to work with. I went to Patrick because of the positive reviews and I went to Mazda because the brand has been doing really well for my preferred class of vehicle. I hate haggling and Nick was incredibly patient and understanding. He heard what I was looking for and I walked out of there with a car I wouldn't have even considered previously, but I love it! He's professional and courteous and I would highly recommend working with him. More

This was our second purchase from Nick Plouffe and Patrick Mazda in the past year (Mazda 3 and CX-5). We are very happy with the vehicles and the service . Nick is patient, and professional and doesn' Patrick Mazda in the past year (Mazda 3 and CX-5). We are very happy with the vehicles and the service . Nick is patient, and professional and doesn't pressure you. He also explains everything well, prints papers out, and highlights the important parts to make things easier. Great dealership and sales team to work with. Very patient with my questions and concerns on a new vehicle and took the time to explain to me the answers to my questions. Just picked up our new to us 19 cx-5 touring cpo. Nick was our salesperson and great to deal with. Highly recommend him as a salesperson at the dealership.
