Thank you for the feedback, Mr. Gonzales – Unfortunately, all of the evidence we’ve seen and documentation we’ve been able to gather tells a completely different story, much of which was already detailed to you in our recent email response from our Senior Vice-President of Operations. The vehicle had 30,902 miles on the odometer statement when you purchased the truck on 5/6/20. You signed that statement. Prior to that, the vehicle was sold to us on 4/18/20 with 30,771 miles on it. We have that odometer statement, signed by the previous owner, as well. In fact, the CarFax report for the truck also shows that the truck had its oil change in Bradenton the day before, with 30,661 miles at THAT time. This all checks out logically. AFTER you purchased the truck, we also see (on the same CarFax report) the truck was serviced at a QuickLube in Lake Placid, reporting 37,773 miles on 6/25/20……roughly 50 days after your purchase. Then, fast forward to 4/20/21, when you were selling the vehicle to a Porsche dealer in Fort Myers, and the odometer was then represented to have just 27,154 miles. Since the vehicle had 30,661 miles on April 17, 2020 (prior to us possessing the vehicle); then had 30,902 on May 6, 2020 (the date the vehicle was sold to you); and 37,773 miles on June 25, 2020 (a bit over a month after we sold you the vehicle), this clearly indicates that there was not a problem with the mileage prior to us coming into possession of the vehicle and for more than a month after we sold the vehicle to you. It's pretty clear at this time that all of these reports are consistent up to and through the time we sold the vehicle to you. Any inconsistency takes place after that time frame, and that point is confirmed by the different reports and signed official statements we have. If you come across any documentation or evidence that would contradict these facts, please feel free to supply them so we can review. Thank you again --
