Retired Fire fighter/Paramedic. I was always interested in cars, so I decided to sell Toyota's as my hobby. I started washing cars then selling them. I enjoyed working in the automotive industry and wanted to learn and work in all departments of the dealership. This experience groomed me to being the General Manager of this beautiful Toyota dealership here at Alan Jay Toyota. My parents told me to do something in life that you love and you will never work a day in your life. My customers are the most important thing to me. I strive to provide them with the best experience. I understand purchasing a vehicle is not fun! I was even told by some of my customers they would rather go to the dentist then purchase a car that is until they met me. We are very pleased to have purchase our 2019 Prius Limited from Alan Jay Toyota. Our salesman, Ryan Barkley was very patient with us. After two days of our questions and him getting answers for us, Limited from Alan Jay Toyota. Our salesman, Ryan Barkley was very patient with us. After two days of our questions and him getting answers for us, we finally agreed on a trade in and purchase price. We were repeatedly quoted, this is the law, don’t know if we can do that, and I’ll find out. We are tickled pink... or should I say RED, the color of our car..that they finally saw the light and agreed to our deal. We use to be Ford folks. Now we are a complete Toyota family and happy for making this change. More

Easily access off US 27, staff was efficient. I had the vehicle in for a recall from Toyota which I felt the wait time was far to long (Parts) Because of the delays I felt my ability to be mobile for out vehicle in for a recall from Toyota which I felt the wait time was far to long (Parts) Because of the delays I felt my ability to be mobile for out of state trips was not acceptable and due to fuel cost and the nature of the recall (defective fuel pump) the cost of operation (MPG ) was not in my opinion handled correctly. Recall was received 2/22 2020 and both gas mileage and safety of travel was impaired. The parts are a common thing and it should not take nearly the amount of time to repair as it did. When I would call I was given the same answer over and over" we will call as soon as the parts are available" . I feel sure this will come into play if and when I replace the vehicle. To be honest I don't hold the service department at fault, "Management" should have a better policy as to handling matters of this nature. Management and Toyota motors have created direst and added operation cost . More
