Sold me a car in December 2025 for $6500 by March 2026 three months later the car needed $8000 worth of repairs. These repairs were Basic safety equipment of the car. The dealership said they did an ins three months later the car needed $8000 worth of repairs. These repairs were Basic safety equipment of the car. The dealership said they did an inspection of the vehicle, had they done that the dangerous issues would have been picked up easily by them. Florida law prohibits the sale of a vehicle that is known to be dangerous. This is regardless of whether the car was sold as is or not. I was sold a very dangerous vehicle by this company. This is the most dishonest dealership. They do not do what you ask them, like rotate tires, but they take your money or service contract and charge them so you don't get to use it again. Mean spirited greedy people who don’t keep their word. First, when I leased the car, I was given one price by the salesman then a bunch of additional charges when they sent me to “finance” Then, I made a First, when I leased the car, I was given one price by the salesman then a bunch of additional charges when they sent me to “finance” Then, I made a service appointment in May 2020 because of a Buy one get one free promotion. I made an appointment for today, and they said they couldn’t take me nor honor the promotion. No curtesy, no explanation, no curtesy call ahead of time telling me they could service my car. Etc. well this is a lease and I will not service it again anywhere. Do not go to this dealership. More

Not the place to do business with. They told me one thing and did another. The SUV I bought new has issues that Napleton Kia wont help with. I had to open up a case with Kia to get help.
