The Service provided by Cody Ferguson was great, will explained all charges and services and reconmendations for new service to my KIA Sorrento 2012. Kia's Mileage Reimbursement Program compensated current and former owners of certain vehicles for additional fuel costs associated with MPG rating changes: The affected vehicles are: 2011-2012 Optima Hybrids, 2012-2013 Rios, Souls, and Sportages, and certain 2012-2013 Sorentos with GDI engines. At this point still not able to has my reinsburment (which normally takes 1 week) due to the lack of a KIA Program and lack of the respect to a longer custumer of this KIA program . More
