It was not a good experience that day. A lady had an event in the ladies room that cost it to be hard to sit in the waiting room for two hours. I called the main number and talked to a young man told him we need to get air freshener immediately and he said I could come to his office and find it. I said no I will call to talk to the manager and someone must come and leave at this problem. Several people came and took care of it. My car was done washed and I left. The man that helped me was courteous and kind. But no sticker was placed in my car so I will know when to return it for the next oil change. And it has been leaking since I left. I have been out of town came back and there’s a large oil spot in my garage floor. I will be bringing the car back this week if I can get an appointment. I am concerned about the oil or whatever is leaking in my car. I’ve never had this problem before. Gentlemen, that help me that day was someone named Cory I believe. More

Never heard from parts department on $200+ part I ordered and pre paid for. Was nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone to follow up on. No one could connect me to this department. The Kia I bought and pre paid for. Was nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone to follow up on. No one could connect me to this department. The Kia I bought, a 2020 Sportage was told by Service that it needed 4-5 things done as I was checking on its status as had just bought it from CarMax days before. Was rechecked by Carmax and only needed just one thing done. Car had but 25,500 miles on it and your person wanted to do things not to do till 50,000 miles. More
