If I could give 0 Stars, I would. Sales person Nick Singh and Manager Steve O are one of the incompetent and careless sales people I've ever had to deal with when purchasing a car. Sales person Nick Singh and Manager Steve O are one of the incompetent and careless sales people I've ever had to deal with when purchasing a car. I have leased and purchased a dozen cars over the last 20 years but never had so many issues and made so many trips back to the dealership to correct those issues. Sales Person Nick shows me one car, does a deal for another car, and orders the wrong car. After continuous delays and few weeks later, I get the car we agreed on, the payment is way more than its suppose to be because, you guessed it.. NOT the same car. Horrible Experience. At the end of all of it, rather than fix the mistakes of multiple people involved, they charged me for the loan they gave me while they were ordering another car (to take care of the mistake) and then let me walk without a car because they couldn't help me get the payment low enough for the car they agreed on, which was the car they were suppose to order. JUST STAY AWAY from this Dealership and Dishonest people working there. More

I was reached out by Jeremy, he answered several questions for me and assured me they'd work their hardest for me. I came in and was greeted with a smile and Nick came to help me. I looked online fo questions for me and assured me they'd work their hardest for me. I came in and was greeted with a smile and Nick came to help me. I looked online for vehicles in my price range so I already knew what I was looking for. After a test drive we sat down and within 20 minutes we had a deal, and I have bad credit. Financing department was simple, everyone was genuinely happy to help me, and I drove off in my brand new compass. I'll definitely be keeping my business here. Excellent staff More

Very Incompetent Sales Person Nick Singh and Even more Incompetent Manager SteveO Made a deal on the wrong car. Ordered the Wrong Car. Changed the Agreed upon Payment Amount. Most ridiculous car buying experience Ever. Mind you, I had to make 7 trips to this dealership because they could never solve the issue on one go. I will buy another Jeep in few days from another dealer. Never going back to this place again. More

My salesperson Nick Singh and finance manager Erick Nunes were very professional and did an amazing job. My problem is with the dealership on May 25th I called to see if they had the truck I purchased on th were very professional and did an amazing job. My problem is with the dealership on May 25th I called to see if they had the truck I purchased on the lot and I was told yes. When I took the drive to the dealership was told by Nick that the truck was still on the railyard. So this was a wasted trip. I was called by Nick on the 30th of May that the truck had arrived. Nick and I communicated on the 31st and I told him that I would take it at about 330. I told him I would be there at about 630 for the paperwork and everything. I showed up at about 630 and had to wait for Erick for about 15 minutes and that was amazing. After that it turned bad, I had to wait an hour and half for them to find the second key and to get fuel in the truck. When I got the truck home it was nasty, nothing was cleaned under the hood half the truck was filthy. There were scratches on the side of the bed. When purchasing a $100,000 truck I would expect it to be clean. I feel this is very unacceptable and needs to be fixed. More
