I was very happy with my buying experience at Wilde Subaru in Waukesha and with my sales person, Nick Taylor. I was looking for a late model Forester with lower miles and I traded in my 2011 Honda CRV Subaru in Waukesha and with my sales person, Nick Taylor. I was looking for a late model Forester with lower miles and I traded in my 2011 Honda CRV. I had done my research before looking and was pleased that the offer on my CRV was where I thought it should be and the price on my new-to-me Forester was also in line. Nick was a kind a patient person to work with, never high pressure and always calm. I didn't feel rushed into anything. Jeana Lund in Finance was also excellent, efficient and friendly. I'll never buy a car from anyone else Nick Taylor is awesome. So many in sales are pushy, they will say anything to get the sale and they can make a big purchase uncomfortable b/c they ma Nick Taylor is awesome. So many in sales are pushy, they will say anything to get the sale and they can make a big purchase uncomfortable b/c they make the sale about them. Not Nick. He is so easy to talk with, he's highly intelligent, he's a great listener and he really wants to help you make the best decision for you. He's a sweetheart and I knew I could trust him. I'm in sales and nothing means more to me than my clients telling me they trust me. Aggressive sales tactics are an instant turn off. I want to run the other direction b/c they don't care about me. I had 4 cars picked out at 4 different dealerships, but I made my decision b/c I knew I wanted to buy from him. Nick will get referrals from me and I will drive 30 miles to buy another car from him as soon as the need arises again. I'll never buy a car from anyone else until I hit the jackpot and I can buy a new Acura NSX or a Tesla or something. But I'll buy him one, too. More
