It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get a simple oil change, even at 7:30 in the morning. I’d love to do more services but I cannot leave my car for the day to have an oil change and brake service. I change, even at 7:30 in the morning. I will keep it short, If I could give a zero star I would. Test drove a vehicle, and was handed an estimate of cost to purchase, I asked to have the down payment lowered with new paperwork. Over a week went by with zero response - but then the sales mgr reached out, said she will work on it, proposal came the next day, I reached out to proceed with purchase and surprise - The vehicle was sold that day to someone else! This customer service is beyond the worst! In saying so, Nick did reach out promising to do his best to find me a replacement - Never heard from him again! What prompted me to write this review is I see as of today, they now have several vehicles on the lot currently of the make and model I was going to buy. Just Poor Poor Poor customer service and I just wanted to share my experience. More

I bought a car, and there was a nail in the tire - they fixed it before I signed the papers. I was actually at the dealership all day working with a sales person. I bought my car in December! Nick is the best! He spent a couple days with my brother and I tirelessly showing us different models helping us get test drive and get the best offe Nick is the best! This was translated in the service department as well I went to a walk-in oil change and George was so nice! He got me in I didn’t have to wait much! They rotated my tires and cleaned it as well!
