1st Car buying experience easy at Interstate Ford This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I had been searching online for the right car. I visited 2 other dealerships and didn This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I had been searching online for the right car. I visited 2 other dealerships and didn't have a great experience. I found the car I wanted at Interstate Ford and e-mailed through the website. I received a prompt response from Stacia and scheduled a time to come test drive the car. Before we arrived, I got a phone call from Cody to let me know that Stacia was out, but that he would be working with me. When we arrived, the car was already pulled up and waiting for a test drive. Cody was low pressure and answered all my questions. After the test drive, I noticed that the car was a little dirty and had a deep scratch. Cody was busy, so Nick came out to meet with me while we waited and Nick assured us that they would get the car clean if we purchased it. After sitting down to look at the numbers, I wasn't sure if I was going to buy the car, so my hubby and I left to go eat and when we came back to buy the car, Cody and Time helped us get all the paperwork filled out. By the time that was done, the car was cleaned and I drove it off the lot. The process was so smooth and easy and stress-free. Thanks for a great first car buying experience. More
