We appreciate his honesty, salesmanship and his caring for us and all the customers that come to Penn Toyota. It's such a pleasure to deal with someone like Tommy Kim. He knows his job very very well and he explains everything to the customer and he doesn't rush. Penn Toyota should be thanking Tommy Kim for his outstanding salesmanship. Nick v. who works in the accounting department and does all paper work when you're purchasing a new vehicle. You can count on Nick who's honest with you. We're very happy he provided the paper work for our new lease. He was very helpful, gave us great advice. And he knows his job very well. Penn Toyota should be very pleased at what Nick V. does. He's the man at Penn Toyota this is why his office is the first office when you walk towards the finance area. Sean Haghighi gave my wife and I the run down on our purchase of our new vehicle. Bought my dream car We had been shopping around and were exploring several makes and dealerships. We were also considering used cars although we are usually biased to new ones. This is our third Toyota and we have been pleased with them all. We made the final decision based on features and looks. The car came in within 10 days of order and we had to quickly get rid of the one we were selling. Unfortunately a good trade-in was not available to us. Shaun was always available and incredibly helpful to us in the decision-making process and is delivery. I plan to ask him for more help soon! I still need help in making the most of my technologically advanced car! More
