Salesman was nonexistent after the deal was executed and the general manger was unhelpful and rude. The only person deserving of praise was the office manager, Chastity. She was fantastic to work with, even though the situation was frustrating. She deserves a raise and The GM should be embarrassed. More

On July 10, 2026, I purchased a 2020 Tesla Model 3 from Kian Motors. The sales person who assisted me was Nick Warren and he also held the title of manager. The purchase was efficient - I paid their full asking price with no haggling and was out the door in about an hour including financing through one of their preferred lenders. The following morning, I took my newly purchased car to Discount Tire to confirm the condition of the tires and potentially purchase insurance on them and was told that they were at a level that warranted immediate replacement. The tread depth ranged from 2/32 to 5/32. I believed that I had purchased from a reputable dealership and was shocked to find out they would sell me a car with such low tire tread, especially without disclosing it to me. I spent a total of $1,178 dollars replacing the tires. I reached back out to Nick on Monday 7/13 and requested assistance in covering the replacement tires and was told he would run it by "the owners" to see what they could do. I went followed up with him several times over the last 9 days and finally got an answer this morning that they would not do anything for me. I was not expecting that they fully cover brand new tires on a used vehicle but do believe they should share in the cost. Replacing tires that have no life left should be included in the normal cost of refurbishing a car for resale by a dealer. More

My experience with Nick Warren and Kian Motors was extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. We traveled from Arkansas to Texas for a vehicle that was advertised with inaccurate info extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. We traveled from Arkansas to Texas for a vehicle that was advertised with inaccurate information and pricing discrepancies. During the financing process, our credit was run on a completely different vehicle without our authorization, resulting in unnecessary hard inquiries and even a denial letter from Ally Bank for a Kia Telluride we never intended to purchase. We were assured everything was moving forward, put $3,000 down, signed paperwork, and took possession of the vehicle, only to later be told the financing was never finalized and the deal was “contingent.” Important income information was allegedly not submitted during the approval process, despite us providing additional documentation multiple times, including trustee paperwork and pay stubs. Communication became inconsistent and frustrating. We repeatedly had to chase answers, resend documents, and were ultimately told the vehicle needed to be returned after we had already rearranged our lives around this purchase. My husband lost work time during this process, we incurred travel expenses, and our family was left without reliable transportation. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency throughout the transaction. Consumers deserve clear communication BEFORE signing contracts and taking vehicles home, not after the fact when everything starts unraveling. I strongly encourage anyone shopping here to read every document carefully, ask whether financing is fully funded or still contingent, and get everything in writing before leaving the dealership. I contacted Nick on a Friday night about an F150 that I really liked. Not even 12 hours later, I was leaving the parking lot with it! He was awesome and I could not have asked for a better experience. The really liked. Not even 12 hours later, I was leaving the parking lot with it!
