The salesperson quoted me one thing to get me into the dealership and switched the deal upon arrival. I should have walked out…instead I was convinced that it was a good deal (it wasn’t) and it wasn’t wh dealership and switched the deal upon arrival. They were helpful, I just feel very put off by the situation and feel Bill Kay is a dishonest dealership. They employ bait and switch tactics to bring people into the door. Instead of being excited by a new car, I felt ashamed that I had fallen for the dishonesty and disappointed. This wasn’t good business and I will look for another dealership when it comes time to lease/buy unless this circumstance is rectified. More
