Finally after months of worry my vehicle was fixed. My vehicle had an issue with the air conditioner cooling and I put a claim in with the company after discussing with your service department. I spoke My vehicle had an issue with the air conditioner cooling and I put a claim in with the company after discussing with your service department. I spoke with I think Maria twice. She was to get back with me last fall and never did. So when I brought my vehicle in for oil change my service person Keith was super nice and efficient. He told me that there was a repair as of February and no one had contacted me. My vehicle was repaired but I'm still very upset with the lack of service follow up from this dealership. This is my second vehicle and I hope not my last but it is possible. Your people that should be taking care of these issue do not. Hope you get this fixed.
