I don’t normally write reviews but I had such an incredible experience, I wanted to share it and give credit where due. I called into the dealership as frustrated customer because I had purchase incredible experience, I wanted to share it and give credit where due. I called into the dealership as frustrated customer because I had purchased a certified pre-owned Sonata the end of March, just four months ago. It had already been in the shop for 1 month of those 4 months when Thursday I got in the car and it wouldn't start. The tow truck driver I had to call said it was a dead battery. I called Jenkins and was told the battery probably wouldn't be covered and I would have to purchase a new one. Needless to say, I was a little upset. I ended up talking with my sales person, Nico (Nicolas Estrada Avila) and he told me to bring the car in and if the battery wasn't covered, he would personally pay for it. It is people like Nico, and the way he was willing to go out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, that will bring me back to Jenkins Ocala time and time again. And because of the way Nico went out of his way, he will be the person I contact if I decide to purchase another car. So, if you are looking to purchase a Hyundai and are in the Ocala, FL area, I recommend Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala and Nico Avila as your salesperson. They truly do look after their customers. We are very disappointed we traded a 2021 Tucson in for a 2022 Kona.We love the car however it’s been 25 days and Jenkins has not paid the Tucson off as of yet.Hyundai calls everyday looking for there paymen 2022 Kona.We love the car however it’s been 25 days and Jenkins has not paid the Tucson off as of yet.Hyundai calls everyday looking for there payment.This has been very stressful for my wife and I.
