She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect Cayenne. She was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process. My wife absolutely loves the car, and Marilyn played a huge part in making the experience so enjoyable. Nicolas, the Sales Manager, was equally impressive. He was professional, accommodating, and incredibly helpful in making sure everything came together exactly the way we wanted. You can tell that customer satisfaction is genuinely important to him and that he takes pride in making sure his customers leave happy. I especially want to recognize Scott, the General Manager. Scott truly went above and beyond for us in a way that is very rare to find today. He personally made sure everything was handled, worked behind the scenes to get us the exact vehicle we wanted, and did things that I honestly would never expect a General Manager of a dealership to go out of his way to do. He didn’t just oversee the transaction—he took a personal interest in making sure we were happy and that everything worked out perfectly. That level of involvement, integrity, and customer service says a tremendous amount about Scott and about the dealership he runs. He turned what could have simply been another car purchase into an experience we will remember. Scott, thank you for everything you did for us. It was genuinely appreciated. Shane in Finance was excellent as well. He made what can sometimes be the least enjoyable part of buying a car incredibly easy and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, the process was smooth, and we never felt rushed or pressured.
