Never going back! I bought my truck from Paradise and had all my service work done there. Anytime I had a question about my truck, I’d get transferred to someone’s voicemail to leave a message, with a promise to get a call back asap. Lies! I needed my truck serviced because a fuel injector went out on my truck. They charge for the diagnostic… I’m accustomed to the cost of the diagnostic getting take off the final bill, if y you get the service done at the same location. Not at Paradise. The cost of the repair would have been 4K, they’re insane! I declined and got it done somewhere else. I didn’t have to shop around, paid 2K. I could go on forever about how much I can’t stand this place and their service. The only reason I didn’t give them a one star is because of Nick a service advisor. He’s the only normal person working there. More
